The apt was very clean and had everthing we needed. Felt very safe and secure in apt and neighborhood. Door to building locked (entry by code). The street was a little noisy but after sightseeing all day we didn't hear a thing. Great restaurants nearby. Easy access to transit and Times Square. Great location.

We've been in this apt for 6 days in the apt. of the 3rd floor. We must say that the treathment with Eran, the owner has been exelent despite we haven't meet. The place is really good, just 2 minutes from Times square and the price is really good in comparision to other apt. or Hotels. However we would like to point out some things: -The shower is quite old and it lost many water when it was supposed to be off. -There are 1 big bed and two sofas-beds, one of them should be replaced. -There is no space for leaving the clothes and the shoes, just one little wardrobe. -The room with the bed is cold during the night due to little spaces between the window and the wall. Apart from that "little" problems I would recommend this apt. for its price, place, and owners treathment.

We made all arrangements for our stay by email. The owner charged our chedit card 4 months before we arrived. When we arrived, we called him and he said the apt was with a problem and made us stay the first night in other place. on the second day, we had to live a wedding rehearsal to move apartments, and carry our luggage for the second time until the third floor. the apartment itself has ho blinds on the curtains, internet is poor, building has no security, the shower dirps all night long and there is a very noisy night club ond the groud floor. Completely overpriced. The group from portugal staying in the other apt on the same building (and same owner) arrived on saturday morning and their apt was without electricity. the owner wasnt answering the phone. TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY!!!!!

The apartment was clean, and bigger than we expected. The building is in an AWESOME location, and the price was extremely reasonable. Everything went smoothly. Overall a great experience. Only criticisms: there were only four pillows and towels, although we had 5 people (and the ad says it's for five people). Also, we only could get 3 keys, which was difficult because we had 5 people staying and not all of us were together at the same time.

The property was in an excellent central location with easy access to public transportation. Questions were answered quickly over the phone as they came up and the owners worked well with us whenever things arose. The size of the residence was perfect for us as we were planning mostly on just sleeping there. We didn't take much advantage of the kitchenette but it was fully stocked. Everything was in good working order, the new furniture was great and we found that things were as described on the website. We had no problem getting our ride from the airport to the front door, and back again. Overall it was a great experience and I am looking forward to doing it again.

This apartment was excellent for spending time in Times Square or the Theater district. We walked to see "Wicked," lots of restaurants right outside the door, city tour buses not much further away. The management was easy to coordinate and work with. Some of the furniture and bedding was not in the best of repair/cleanliness, but we were there to spend time in the city, not in the apartment.

We rented this unit, but when we arrived, we were switched to something else on a higher floor, which we specifically said we did not want because of our ages and health concerns. The unit had only a tiny air conditioner that was inadequate. Items listed in my contract were not provided. Light bulbs were missing and the unit was very dark. We could not even read in the living room. The internet did not work properly...signal was too weak. Owner did not provide any maps or welcoming instructions and did not meet us at all. The unit was very bare. The bedroom had just the bed ... crammed up against the wall. I had the enter and exit the bed from the foot of the bed. (Not very convenient for going to the bathroom at night.) No nightstand for my glasses or a clock or glass of water or book or anything! We were, nonetheless, comfortable, but we paid for more than we got and Eran did not offer an adjustment. We were disappointed by the switch, which made us feel "tricked." Eran did not tell us in advance about the switch so we could book something else. He waited until we were at the apartment door!

My adult children and their spouses visited New York and had a wonderful time. They said the apartment was clean, large enough for their needs, and the location was great. They would recommend it to anyone that wanted to stay in the city.

I tried to reserve this room. But the website the owner sent me to was having problems. So I wrote the owner. he stated that I should call him with the card info and he would make the reservation. I called him. He stated that the room was booked up, however, he would give me another room at his other times square location in the Ritz plaza for the same price. I said ok. But when it was time for me to give him the payment he told me that he would give it to me for a discount of 250 per night. We went back and forth for a while but I settled on the Ritz location. He charged the entire 500$ instead of the 160$ deposit. Then the day before our arrival date i called him because I did not get directions. He stated that the floor flooded and he would return my money. 2 weeks later I still am out 500 dollars. And the owner has yet to call me back. I got scammed don't fall for it.

Location is the key draw for this place, literally 1 block from Times Square in middle of Restaurant Row. Apt. somewhat bare but very clean and adequate. Pull out sleepers were great. This place is at front of bldg, lots of road noise but didn't bother us a bit. We would stay again! Eran was great.
