Enjoyable

This apartment really full our expectations, the only thing I would like to have for a long stay like the one we have (3 weeks), was to have the whasher/dryer machine in the apartment, the rest was perfect. Beautifull building, very nice people at the front desk, very helpfull, very recomendable. The location was perfect near a subway station, and of course a lot of commercial and restaurants around.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is centrally located to Time square, in the heart of NYC. The apt is fully equipped from kitchen to bathroom to beddings. A bit tight if we pulled out the sofabed. So we decided the 5th person to just use the couch and was comfortable. We drove and found the garage in the Grace bldg on 43rd St, between 5/6th Ave had the best 24hr rate. We closed our night at the Perfect Pint pub on 45th St towards broadway. Thanks Michael for this wonderful upgrade!

Me and my friends lived in this apartment a week when we were in New York. Apartment was clean and roomy for five people. The location was very good, quiet and close to everything! We took rides from the airport to the apartment, and back. Everything went according to plan! Special thanks to Isaac who was our guide and driver! :)

The apartment is very nice, the transfer was very efficiente, and helpfull! We been out of hot water for a few days, but other than that everything was perfect! The location is very nice to, safe, near a subway station and many nice restaurants (specially shake shake (86 st, btw lexington and 3rd avenue)!

Much better than a hotel

We were on a family trip, 2 adults and 3 kids, aged between 9 and 12. The first impression of the building was not the best. The hallways were quite dirty and there was a smell of cigarette from other apts. Fortunately, the problems were only on the outside. The apt was neat, clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, with 2 twin beds in separate bedrooms and a large sofabed in the living room. The appliances and dishes were good and new, as well as the furniture, mattresses and pillows. I asked for hair dryer and iron, and they were provided. We got enogh linens (some stains, but all clean) and many towels, and found enough space for all our things in the closets and racks. Ellem was very easy to reach by phone and very helpful with all our needs. We also used the limo service to get to the apt from the airport, and we were very pleased. The down side in the apt was the bathroom, which was tiny and not much comfortable with no shelves or racks to put things, and no steam clearance, so it was always wet. At least, the water was plenty and hot for a good shower. We went during winter and the heating worked fine. The location was also good, with a quiet and friendly neighborhood, many restaurants, bakerys, supermarkets and drug stores nearby, so we could easily get all we needed for home meals. We were a little concerned about staying at the very east side and having trouble moving around the city, but the subway station is close and it was also easy and not expensive to use the cab. It was the first time I used a home rental instead of a hotel, and I am sure that we made the right choice for a family trip, as much for the costs as for the comfort of feeling almost at home.

Very nice apartment ,large bedrooms and very clean and tidy.Great location ,walking distance to all that you need.Heating was very good and plenty of towels and bedding.Will stay here again highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was super clean, 2 good sized bedrooms with clean sheets. Small bathroom but it was updated and clean with fresh towels. Flat Screen TV in living room and both bedrooms. 2 couples stayed comfortably in this apartment for a week. Airport service was arranged too. Would rent again!!

Perfect for our girls trip to NYC

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Great location (close to east 96th st station), warm, clean, reasonably priced, small but all you need when out all day and prefect for a group of freinds that don't mind sharing a bed. A couple of things that would have improved our stay: The internet didnt work, after emailing to advise this never got sorted. There wasnt enough cutlery and dishes for 4 people (sleeps 4ppl)so we had to buy plastic bowls/plates/cups, no tea towels or handsoap in the bathroom. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What an amazing city!!
