Bigger than a hotel room, and a lot cheaper and nicer. Very High Ceilings!!!

Apt on 3rd floor, in an elevator building.

The apartment is in a great area on 76th street, across the street from Central Park, and close to Broadway. Subway is a few short street blocks and everything else is at your fingertips. High speed Internet access and cable TV. Landline telephone with unlimited domestic calling. Nice bathroom with full size bathtub/shower. Plenty of dishes and cookware, large nice dining table in kitchen. Bookings are first paid, first reserved. Can mail keys to you. Check in at 2pm. Checkout noon.

The apt that has a natural fireplace, a sleeping loft above the kitchen, an optional queen bed in front of the fireplace, a nice bathroom, cable TV/telephone/high speed internet.. see pictures.

The apartment was neat, tidy, and comfortable. The owner was very helpful, allowing us to add one more night to our stay at the last minute. The best part was the location! The Upper West Side is a great neighborhood - residential, safe, close to parks and several subway lines. Midtown/theater district was a quick subway ride away, and was a great walk, too (about 20 blocks).
