2 bedroom and 1.5 bath in the heart of the Upper East side of Manhattan, designer decorated with tasteful, contemporary decor. The apartment has two levels, the first level is the living room, kitchen and full bathroom, the second level are the bedrooms with half bath (toilet and sink). There is a spiral staircase that leads to the second level. The apartment has a decorative, non-working fireplace, hardwood floors, and marble bath on the first level. The building is a non-doorman, walkup building and the apartment is on the top floor. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and it is a fully furnished apartment that comes with dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. It's a 5 minute walk to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park, also very convenient to transportation, restaurants and stores.

The Upper Eastside of Manhattan is a very desirable area to live in. It is a residential neighborhood where you can walk to many museums on Fifth Ave. in what is known as museum mile and visit a few museums in one day and then walk to a restaurant and have lunch or dinner or perhaps buy a sandwich and walk to the park. If you want to go downtown you just hop on a bus that is going south or take the train downtown. You can also walk along museum mile going downtown. Bloomingdale's Department Store is a short distance away, also boutique type stores in the area, lot's of restaurants.
