Everything was picture perfect. The place, the view, Ayala and Ron, the small things like home all made it a paradise for couples. I will go to no other place when I am in town. We love it that much!

I don't want to say too much because I hope I can rent it again soon, it's my secret. It's funky but perfect for me. One negative is I wanted to just hang out there so I didn't see as much of the city as I should. I was just happy on the patio checking out the view! Ayala was very nice to deal with. I miss it already.

This is the second time I've stayed at Ayala's place, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The view from the terrace is spectacular! The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment provides all the comforts of home. At the end of the block there is a subway station that takes you up town to Times Square and beyond, and down town to Battery Park/Statue of Liberty. Cafe 28, one block away, delivers, and we enjoyed breakfast delivery! Ayala is a joy to work with, and is so friendly! We look forward to going back again, next time with our daughter. Thank you Ayala!

A fantastic base for our New York holiday, the location of the apartment gave easy access to all the sights of New York with a metro station just on the corner. The roof terrace gave fantastic views of the surrounding area and the Empire State Building and was perfect for sitting out in the evenings to watch the lights come on over the city.
