Write a review Really super nice place. Amazing Terrace. Will come back! Thanks Ayala ... I stayed here last week and had a great time. Time Square is within walking distance and there is 24/7 market nearby if you are hungry after a long night at the bars. The place has an amazing view of the empire state building and the terrace is huge. I can't wait to go back during the warmer weather. Ayala is very friendly and gives a full run down of the apartment and the neighborhood. Diamond in the rough" fits this penthouse. Wow! Warm and cozy, view and rooftop terrace breathtaking. Sooooo convientent. We were able to walk to almost everywhere. First time i have ever taken a vacation and because of walking being so easy i did not gain a pound. Thats important to us girls. We felt very very secure and safe for l0 days. Ayala could not have been more accomadating. We will return, forget the hotels. Been there done that! This apartment is cozy, romantic and everything it states in the description and more. It is located right in the middle of everything. The penthouse view is amazing. You will not find a better place to stay for the money...and the owner Ayala is the BEST! We highly recommend this rental and will be going back as often as possible and will not stay anywhere but here. My husband and I had the best Holiday vacation ever and owe it all to having such a awesome apartment to stay in. This place is definitely the place to stay in NYC ! The terrace is just outstanding !!! The owner such adorable !!! The appartment really confortable !! And the view is simply amazing ! I wont never looking for another place to stay in NYC, 'cause I've found the ONE ! Wonderful central location, stunning views of the Empire State building from your own private exterior terrace. For a quick trip to Manhattan, I found myself a midtown oasis here, courtesy of the helpful hostess Ayala. The view is outstanding -- I can't wait to return for full use of the patio in the summer sun! Location is great, building is safe, penthouse is quiet and private... you just might forget you're in NYC... until you look out the window and skylight and there's the Empire State Building. Thanks again Ayala.. We really enjoyed our stay in Ayala’s warm, cosy and quiet apartment. It is very conveniently located – we were able to walk almost everywhere or just hop on the bus or the metro. Once you get past the dismal access, you find yourself in a magical haven of tranquillity. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the city below us, we really loved having peaceful moments just gazing at the city lights. The terrace is great and the city views are magnificent, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent – it was a real home away from home. Everything was picture perfect. The place, the view, Ayala and Ron, the small things like home all made it a paradise for couples. I will go to no other place when I am in town. We love it that much! Such a great experience staying at Ayala's. Overall, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations while staying in NYC. Comfortable, quiet, safe, convenient to everything, excellent view. Ayala was very kind & accommodating & we appreciated that personal touch while traveling. Thanks! I don't want to say too much because I hope I can rent it again soon, it's my secret. It's funky but perfect for me. One negative is I wanted to just hang out there so I didn't see as much of the city as I should. I was just happy on the patio checking out the view! Ayala was very nice to deal with. I miss it already. Our host, Ayala was more than accomodating; the place is like home away from home, we were very comfortable for the ten days we stayed, this will be our new destination for our future trips to New York, we hosted two cookouts during our stay....a great time had by all. Hi there, we moved yesterday from this beautiful flat to come back home. We've been so happy with the flat, the view is just great, the whole flat is perfect and very original. Ayala, it has been great to meet u, hope to see u again! Arianna & Gianluca This is the second time I've stayed at Ayala's place, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The view from the terrace is spectacular! The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment provides all the comforts of home. At the end of the block there is a subway station that takes you up town to Times Square and beyond, and down town to Battery Park/Statue of Liberty. Cafe 28, one block away, delivers, and we enjoyed breakfast delivery! Ayala is a joy to work with, and is so friendly! We look forward to going back again, next time with our daughter. Thank you Ayala! A fantastic base for our New York holiday, the location of the apartment gave easy access to all the sights of New York with a metro station just on the corner. The roof terrace gave fantastic views of the surrounding area and the Empire State Building and was perfect for sitting out in the evenings to watch the lights come on over the city.
