Comfortable futon bed, full kitchen bathroom and amenities, hard wood floors, TV with cable, DVD, elegantly decorated with a nice brick wall, ideal for a couple (the fare is for 2 persons), in a quiet clean building located in Gramercy very close to the 4 5 6 trains at 28th and Park, close to great restaurants, bars and trendy shops and the well knowned Gramercy Park.
