We stayed in this apartment for one week. Daniel, the owner, was a very nice person, met with us on time to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. The location, being on 2nd Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets, was ideal for walking to most of the major attractions. A large supermarket as well as several smaller stores were close by, as was a Walgreen pharmacy. A laundry was located right next door to the apartment building, and it was very inexpensive to have our washing done and folded. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
