Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

This beautiful apartment is a true 2 bedroom with living room and large kitchen.There are 3 seperate sleeping areas (1 queen bed in each bedroom and a double futon in living room). There is also an inflatable double bed if needed. It can sleep up to 7 if needed.

Private, full, modern bathroom. Apartment is fully renovated and the hardwood floors are gorgeous.

The kitchen is stocked with the basics that you will need to cook, you just bring the food.

Includes a computer with high speed internet access. New, large flat panel TV with cable is available for your use as well.

Both bedrooms have queen beds and windows. The apartment has lots of windows (every room basically) and none of them face a wall.

A/C and heat, it is always very comfortable here. The apartment is above average, especially for a rental.

There is a nice futon in the living room that will sleep two more people, so the apartment can easily handle 6 people. The apartment is super clean and the building is renovated and nice.

Clean, new sheets, towels and comforters are included.

The area is incredible. The apartment sits at the crossroads between the East Village and the Lower East Side, in downtown Manhattan. The Lower East Side was voted hippest are of Manhattan in 2006. The East Village is one of the most sought after areas of Manhattan and has some of the best restaurants/bars that can be found in Manhattan. You can easily walk to Chinatown, Little Italy, SoHo and Greenwich Village.

This rental was just like the pictures. I would say it sleeps four comfortably, not 7. It has a great location, only one block from the subway and alot of local dining spots in the area. There is also a larger grocery store close. On a return trip to New York, I would stay here again.
