Trip to NYC for My Daughter's Wedding

5 of us stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. The location was perfect - very convenient to the subway, food, and stores. The apartment was so comfortable! It was clean and worked very well for all of us. I was in the city for my daughter's wedding and two other couples attended as well. We were so happy with the apartment. Adam helped me in making the arrangements and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our only concern was that sometimes the outside doors were difficult to open with our keys but we advised them about it and feel sure that this will be remedied. Since my daughter and her husband live in New York, I look forward to using your properties again the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the accommodations. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

A huge apartment with 2 Q-size beds and 2 couch-bed (small double size). Very clean and quiet. On the 3rd floor it was OK even with the pub at the street level. Renter very helpful. 50 feet of 3rd avenue Subway station and 3 corners of Union sq. Lots of parking (expensive but safe) close to the apart. Access to FDR easy for driving visitors. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance - even for family (we were with 3 teenagers). I recommend to all my friends with kids or not.

Great apartment in a really good spot in East Village. Just around the corner from great cafes, bars and shops. It was a comfy apartment and it was a really nice space to call home for 10 days - and the 4 of us fit comfortably. It's a great location for getting to Chelsea, Meatpacking, West Village, Soho, LES in a cheap taxi ride and it only cost $10-15 to get uptown to Upper East Side/Central Park. Adam was really helpful on the emails and Mike in the bar downstairs was friendly too. Only hint: take some ear plugs - sometimes the bar music downstairs got a bit too loud. Apart from that we had a great stay :)

We rented this apartment for 7 persons and it was really great. Spacious and very clean. The apartment is well located, between financial district and time square,prefect to get at all the touristic spots. i really recommand it!!

I rented this appartment for my first visit to New York and it is just as described. Adam the manager was really nice and responded to my emails quickly. We were a group of 4 and there was plenty of space. The stairs were little difficult after whole day of sightseeing. I brought my computer with me and it took a while to get the numbers so I could connect to the internet and then I could only get a signal in one of the bedrooms. Over all a great experiance and I would defenatly rent this appartment again. Thank you :-)

This was my first time renting an apartment for vacation and it was a great experience. Adam, the manager, is great and responded to my emails/text messages promptly . The apartment is located on the 5th floor, so you get the New York walk-up experience, so pack lightly and make sure to bring everything you need when sightseeing. On the plus side, being on the 5th floor cuts down on street noise below. There was plenty of space for my group of 4 people in the two bedroom apartment. Also, there are two fold-out sofas, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. The apartment is fully furnished, including plates, cups and utensils, so you can bring home leftovers or cook. There is a Trader Joe's one block away. I lived in NYC from 2001-2004 and can vouch for the apartment's great location in the East Village, 2 blocks from Union Square and the various subway lines. If you are a foodie the apartment is located near various Momofuku restaurants, Ippudo (a super busy Japanese noodle bar) and a halal food-cart which serves good chicken and rice at all hours. The only draw back is the late check-in, 4 p.m., so make sure to plan accordingly (we came in from LA and arrived at 7 a.m. and did lots of sight seeing while bleary-eyed.) In conclusion, I would happily stay at this apartment again.

The apartment is in a convenient location to see NY and there are a lot of nice bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself has two comfortably sized bedrooms with double beds and two fold-out couches in the living room. That sleep two at a squeeze and one each comfortably. The only negative points were the poor water pressure in the shower, the fact that the shower curtain is filthy and needs to be replaced and the absence of any evidence of the advertised wifi. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and the security deposit was returned promptly after departure.

Location, size, cleanliness, accomodations...this place had it ALL! It was the PERFECT place for a bachelorette party. The location was minutes from everything, and the apartment itself was located in a an adorable area with everything at your finger tips. The bar directly below the apartment was posh and FUN! I completely stressed over where to stay, and how this place would be, and it couldn't have exceeded my expectations more. THANK YOU to Adam. We WILL be back! :-D

Great Neighborhood

This neighborhood is great (East Village), and there are tons of places to eat, drink and shop (If you like cheesesteaks, go to 99 Miles to Philly off 3rd below 13th). The apartment is 1/2 block to the subway and three blocks to Union Square Park shopping district (there's another major subway line right there that will take you to Times Square/Central Park). No need to rent a car. Taxis are abundant and the subway and busses are convenient. The apartment has a large living room and nice kitchen. Adam (building manager)is great and very responsive to requests or other issues. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is that it's a walk-up, but it will help burn off those cheesesteaks!!!

Great location a block or so south of Union Sq. Adam, the manager, runs the bar downstairs and is very friendly & helpful - and most importantly often around. The apartment was clean and tidy. Wifi wasn't really working but we could get on a neighbours unlocked network, so no problem. Only bitch it that it's on the fifth floor. When you've been walking all day it quite a hurdle, but was not a problem really :-) Subway near by, loads of places to eat… would def stay there again.
