Lovely one bedroom apartment, floor through. Windows in the front and the back. The place has a cozy and contemporary atmosphere and is well kept.

The living room is very comfortable with couch, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is newly renovated and has all appliances and dinnerware one can wish for. There is a comfortable table in the kitchen that seats 4. The kitchen window looks out to a large backyard and this is a great spot to read the paper, have dinner, etc.
Large bedroom in the front with air conditioner.
The bathroom is clean and spacious with full bath and shower.

Located in the heart of the East Village, one block away from Tompkins Square Park. Hundreds of restaurants, café’s and shops are all within walking distance. Even though there is plenty of rustle and bustle in the neighborhood, the block is mostly residential and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.
The corner of the block is a true slice of East Village charm; a great Brazilian restaurant with live music, a wonderful wine store and a small jazz bar next to it.
