The living room is very comfortable with couch, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is newly renovated and has all appliances and dinnerware one can wish for. There is a comfortable table in the kitchen that seats 4. The kitchen window looks out to a large backyard and this is a great spot to read the paper, have dinner, etc.
Large bedroom in the front with air conditioner. Small toddler room between the bedroom and the living room.
The bathroom is clean and spacious with full bath and shower.

The corner of the block is a true slice of East Village charm; a great Brazilian restaurant with live music, a wonderful wine store and a small jazz bar next to it.

Nice close location with lots of interesting things to do in the neighbourhood. Transport was close by (easy walk). Comments on apartment, was a good size and well described, street noise was sometimes a little intrusive late at night, but this is I guess the joys of being close to the city. Owners were helpful and offered good local advice.
