Several bus lines just outside the door can easily go anywhere Manhattan.
Only 15-20 minutes to the Times SQ, and same distant to the Ground Zero.

Our rental setting is more like a hotel, cleaning bathroom daily.
we are very flexible, you can choose stay one night or more.
you have a private bedroom with lock, have your owns keys to come and go as you like anytime.

We accept cash, or Paypal as deposit payment
check in time 1pm-10pm, check out time 12noon.
if you cancel the reservation 2 weeks prior arrival, deposit will be full returned ( minus paypal's FEE),Only 20% refund therafter.
