Close to all transportation, minutes to f train.Easy to get anywhere in NYC.
Quick to anywhere downtown like Financial District, Chinatown, Brooklyn and Little Italy. Fast subway to west side and midtown. Although the pic is a bit older, and you can't see some furniture, one room is furnished with queen bed, desk, night stand. Has air conditioning/ heater.Wireless internet, HBO (in liv room). The room pic with the red desk is the other room. It's large, with space for extra bed. Has queen bed, desk, nightstand, tv. Large, nice bathroom. I have an iron and board for luggage wrinkles. Use of all facilities, kitchen, laundry,elevator, gym etc.

Guests have a good time in the E Village. This part of town is really happening,hip,young and fun. Not overpriced either. Eat, drink, party for cheap! Inexpensive, great restaurants,no cover charges at most places. Live music venues, lounges, sports bars, clubs, everything! You name it, it's close! If you are a younger person(or not), this area is where it's at! Feels like you're out of the city because there are no high rise buildings near by and it's not touristy. Building and apt are cleaned regularly
There are few doorman buildings in this neighborhood. Stands out! Not a lot of hotels too. The roof deck and view can't be beat!! Contact me only if you're comfortable with a 3 bedroom share with an easy going guy. I don't host children. Can host 1, 2 or 3 people and solo guests are strongly encouraged! I'm a musician, so any music people or creative types here for work or similar purposes, I'm interested in hearing more.

"A New Yorker myself, I was really excited to be staying in the Lower East Side. It's a great area (lots of restaurants and bars) - very easy to get around the city - Soho is close by (great for shopping!). Plus the accommodations were great. Very large room, new building... Alan is a gracious host. And being the only single woman in the apt., made me feel very comfortable."
