Sleeps 4-6: Master BR has queen bed, twin beds in other rooms. Full size raised aerobed and screens create privacy to turn living room into 4th BR, sleeping a total of 6. A/C & high speed internet. Free laundry. Apt has childrens toys so great for a family. No smoking please.

Near great restaurants and boutiques, yet very quiet. Steps away from Tompkins Sq Park with playgrounds, pool, and people watching. 10 min walk to many subways: F at 1st Ave, L at 1st Ave, 6 at Astor Place, N/R at 8th St & Bwy.
