Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

I am renting my one bedroom fully furnished apartment beginning on July 20th for $500 per week/or shorter period rates can be available if you contact me.
Very fast internet is available in the building but no cable.
The apartment is rather big and gets sun light. It is located on the first floor on W 113th st between Amsterdam and Broadway. It is a five story building and each floor has two apartments.
There is only a 2 min walk to Subway line 1 @110th st and two huge grocery stores. There are many shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within a minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is furnished with sofas, table, closet, and AC.
The kitchen has microwave, fridge, and stove as well as plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.
Laundry machines and driers are available and cost $1.75.

Area Description

Very lively area, but the street and the apartment are very quiet. It is perhaps one of the safest areas in Manhattan, close to many shops and restaurant.
