A clean, air-conditioned apartment in a pre-war building featuring three sleeping areas (no bedroom doors), high ceilings, living room and an eat-in kitchen equipped for cooking. The small bathroom has antique claw-footed bathtub/shower with an excellent view of the empire state building . Not for the feint-of-heart, this apartment is a 4-floor walk-up and is ideal for 2-4 guests but does sleep 6.

High Speed wireless internet access, Large Flat Screen TV (42") with premium movie channels, DVR, and Movies-on-Demand. All essentials are provided: Linens, Towels, Toiletries, Iron, Hair Dryer. 1 Double Bed, 1 Loft bed (Double), 1 Sofa Bed (Double).

Located in Midtown West on the border of Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea, a 12 minute walk to Times Square, Broadway shows or the Empire State building. This apartment was perfect for our needs. I came down to Manhattan with two friends to do a bit of shopping and to catch a show. We found the apartment to be very clean and the owner to be more than helpful. Jimmy gave us many lovely recommendations for restaurants and pubs. We would definitely stay again, and recommend the apartment to friends. The apartment layout (railroad car style) doesn't lend itself to privacy, but is just perfect for a family or for a small group of close friends. We are planning our next visit!

small but nice appartment, good location ! might be a little small for 6 people but was perfect for the 4 of us. The owner was really arranging for check in and check out. Great rates compared to hotels or other appartments. Definetely hard to beat !

When we stayed in this apartment the weather outside was freezing, down to -10C with snow and wind. It was wonderful to come home to a warm and comfortable apartment where everyone had their own space and could stretch out and relax (we are a family of two adults and two teenage boys). The four flights of stairs were no problem at all. The location was close to so many attractions and even with a whole week we didn't get to see everything on our list. Jimmy was exceptionally helpful and made us feel very welcome indeed. I would recommend it to anyone who wants space and comfort at a reasonable price.

Owners were extremely flexible and helpful during both check in and check out. Space was small, but well arranged and LR and BR were very comfortable. In Hell's Kitchen near fabulous restaurants and not too noisy (for NYC). Reasonable rates and worthwhile even just if to have a fridge for eating breakfast in to save $. Thanks!

We spent 5 days in New York and having this apartment so near to everything was perfect for us. The mattresses were super comfortable. And Maggie's help was above par, Thanks Maggie! Jim was always accessible to answer any questions, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. Help make the New York experience all the more unique

The apartment was clean. There were towels, umbrellas, kitchen tools, hair dryer, iron, a very nice TV, everything you would need for a trip but don't want to pack. The beds were very comfortable. The area was very quite and the location was great. I would stay here again. You do have to climb up four sets of stairs to get to the apartment but hey your in NY!
