This is probably one of the only apartments listed offering beautiful outdoor space on in Manhattan (it is on the ground floor of the building so it has a terrace)! A rarity!

Very clean and beautiful studio apartment on main floor of a beautiful building on a tree lined block.

The studio apartment is larger than a hotel room with a well-equipped kitchen in a separate room. Large windows facing your own private terrace. The apartment is fully furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed which would be provided with clean sheets and towels.

The apartment is in one of the safest, wealthiest, and most beautiful areas of Manhattan--The Upper West Side.

Just 3 blocks walking distance North is the Museum of Natural History.

There are 2 major subway lines. Closes are the B & the C trains. Next closes are the 1,2, & 3 trains. Both are a short walk from the apartment.

The area is very quiet and residential. There are few bars & pubs in this area however, there are many restaurants just on the corner, and up and down Columbus Avenue. There is anything you can imagine from Japanese, to Indian, to Chinese, to a burger joint.
