Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

You cannot find a better location.

Tourist always ask about the distance from Times Square, and I moved to this apartment so that I can walk to and from my office in Times Square while still being in a residential area.

The apartment is right by the entrance to Central Park (59th Street) and the part of Broadway that calls Lincoln Center home (64th Street).

In addition to access to Times Square, Central Park, and Lincoln Center, the Columbus Circle subway station is a few blocks away, which makes it easy to get to the rest of Manhattan.

There are hundreds of fantastic restaurants along Broadway.

Shoppers can shop along Broadway or at the incredible Time Warner Center (which also houses a few great restaurants).

The apartment is a studio that fits up to 2.

Linens provided.

Wireless internet provided.

Air conditioning/heating provided.

Rate includes cleaning fees. Additional cleaning during your stay can be made available at $75/visit.

By taxi: the apartment is 30 minutes from LaGuardia or Newark and 50 minutes from JFK.

Area Information

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:

Lincoln Center - Home of the NY Philharmonic, Metropolitan Opera House, NYC Ballet, etc.

Central Park - the apartment is half a block from the Park!

Times Square - is within walking distance as well.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The apartment is both a wealthy residential area and a high traffic cultural area.

While the block itself is quiet and residential, there are a handful of great restaurants around the corner.

TRANSPORTATION:

The nearest subway station is Columbus Circle, which connects to the A,C,B,D and 1.

Crosstown buses will take you to Museum Mile.

Great bed, shower, & AC. Perfect location on a beautiful street 1/2 a block from Central Park. Convenient to subway/bus, and easy to get a cab in this area. The garden is great, too. We really enjoyed being able to retreat to this relaxing space during our visit to NY.
