Great location, quiet tree lined block, lots of restaurants, grocery, art galleries and subway lines in the neighborhood. Very safe area.

For the money is a good deal! The fact that the comfort of the bed is horrible (not sure where the other quests were sleeping in this studio), the shower ancient, and the smell of the whole buidling (staircases cleaned last time 20 years ago) and in the apt kinda stinky (such a weird odour) would consider this before renting. The location is a good one and really safe, the owner friendly together with the whole community as Chelsea being famous gay community. Lovely restaurants in the walking distance or a short cab rides. Must try Tipsy Parson if around. For the same money or just a bit extra one can get a much nicer accomodation in the proximity.

We stayed for two weeks and found it to be just what we wanted. The apartment is quite "classy" with well-finished furniture etc. The bed was very comfortable; the kitchen was just right and the roof top was a terrific bonus. It is very accessible to transport and all the action. Great value, we would stay there again!!
