This luxurious, modern apartment is a 900+ square foot loft in a white glove, doorman building right between the two hottest areas in the city: the Meatpacking District & West Greenwich Village.

All furnishings, bedding and towels are modern and new. Maid service before you arrive assures extreme cleanliness. (Valet service available upon request for extra fee.)

Huge loft has bedroom with queen-size bed and cable TV. Another queen sized bed provides space for 2 more to sleep. Dining room seats 6. Bathroom features shower and tub with dressing room and closets.

Huge living room with cable TV/DVD player/Stereo and expansive (10 foot long)windows that overlook the entire city including the Empire State Building and amazing sunrises.

If you prefer sunsets, watch with cocktail in hand from the gorgeous, planted roof deck (size of a city block) with 360-degree views of NYC, chaise, tables and chairs.

Area has some of the city's best restaurants but if you prefer to eat in, Chelsea Market is 2 blocks south and the kitchen is fully equipped: full size stove with gas range, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron and ironing board.

Just never know when you rent like this so we were thrilled when the apartment was even better than in the pictures. The apartment was SPOTLESS and elegant with a truly incredible view of the entire city. Towels and linens were brand new; beds very comfortable and all of the amenities exactly as described: 2 TVs with cable, free wifi, microwave, ironing board and iron, coffee pot, etc. Owner was pleasant and helpful and made sure we had basics like bread, homemade jam, coffee, tea and wine (!) to get us started, as we got in late. And, of course, the area was great. Enough going on there but not too busy and easy to get anywhere in the city.
