"An Oasis in the City" Upper West SideCentral Park (#4803)

My friend and I stayed here for 8 days. There is a double bed and a pull out coach(very comfortable.It is so central to everything you would ever need and in a nice end of town... 10 minute walk to broadway shows and 5 minutes to Lincoln centre and Central park. A very clean and well fitted apartment. The owner is VERY pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone who is planning on visiting NYC for any length of time. Great coffee shops around the corner as well as a small grocery store if you wanted to cook for yourself...although the resaurants near by are great and well priced for NYC... Extremly happy with our vaction and we will be coming back and staying here!!! Appartment couldn't be situated better. It's very cosy and gives a feeling "being at home". A little bit noisy but we got accustomed after first night. Owners are very friendly. If we travel to NY once more we'll try to stay the same place. We felt like New Yorkers in this apartment! I've stayed at the Hilton where you feel above NY, but in this apartment, only 2 floors up, you felt like you were a part of NY. The location was fabulous! The neighborhood had lots of wonderful restaurants and we were within walking distance of many of the major sites. The apartment had a good air conditioner and ceiling fans. The bathroom was really tiny, but that's to be expected. The landlord made us very comfortable and stayed in touch during our stay. I will stay there again. Very comfortable and homely use of computer very useful to find vasious stores etc.every thing we needed thank you.
