The apartment is located only 3 blocks from the subway A,C,E lines, two blocks from 8th avenue and all its restaurants, pubs, bars and shopping area.

I have another one bedroom on the first floor that sleeps 6 also so it could be perfect for big groups.

We were in Nov. 2011. I was running the NY Marathon and was with 3 family members. Even with four of us we were pretty comfortable. It's at a great location.. walking distance to the park and to some great restaurants. The building is older and a little crooked but it adds a bit of charm :) Very little extras in the kitchen (one spoon I think).. but the pull-out bed is pretty comfy. But be careful with the bathroom door. It slides shut but because the bathroom slightly slopes, the door slams shut. One thing to mention - I never met Dov but I had gotten the check out time wrong and while we were at a taping of "Anderson" he called saying that the cleaning lady was at the apartment and that check out was two hours ago! I apologized profusely and he was more than understanding. Would definitely stay again! It is clean and incredibly affordable.

partment fit the bill-Location fantastic, neighbourhood great, Max the owner was very accomodating Overall condo was good with all neccesities required for a stay
