|Per night||$150 - $200|

The apartment, which has been cleverly converted, consists of two rooms; one is a living room with sofa bed (which is used as a sleeping area for a third person) and a bedroom with a comfortable queen size loft bed. There is also a small, but pleasant kitchen area with fridge, stove top, coffeemaker, and microwave--its perfect for preparing your morning coffee to have with a freshly baked croissant available just down the street, or perhaps a genuine New York bagel from the area that made bagels a household word.
Looking for a change from the touristy blight of midtown? Come stay for a week, and be on the cutting edge of the hippest section of New York City.
The apartment is a short walk from Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, and right across the bridge from Williamsburg.
Other amenities include: AC, cable television, wireless internet service, artwork, stereo, and linens.
Maid Service is available.

This is a great little apartment in a fantastic location if you want to get away from the mid town tourist hotels. The apartment is surrounded by great bars and restaurants and lots of interesting and healthy eateries. The apartment itself is clean and funky, not a fully appointed apartment but much bigger and more comfortable than a hotel room. Everything worked well and the owner is delightful. The area is populated by a lot of younger people and there is plenty going on at night so it is not very quiet - although I had no trouble sleeping. The neighbourhood is very different to midtown and up town, quite edgy but didn't feel at all dangerous. It was an easy walk to Soho and Noho, but overall I thought the coffee and food in LES was far better than anywhere else in NY (if you like fresh, healthy and cheap). The apartment is only a block away from the Subway and very easy to get to and from JFK by train. Would recommend , will go back next time I am in NYC.

Thenowner is a total liar and scammer! She cancelled my reservations last minute after she told one lie after another. Left me and my family scrambling last minute for reservations.
