Comfortable and furnished Ikea style, it is not luxurious but nice, comfortable, and most importantly conveniently located in the heart of Manhattan, by the theatre district with hundreds of restaurants and theaters around.
Located just three blocks from Times Square and the beautiful Bryant Park Public Library, and twenty minutes walk to beautiful landmarks such as Central park or the incredible Grand Central Terminal.
With good heating and air conditioning, hardwood floors, plus full usage of the amenities of the apartment.
We offer complimentary wireless internet and HD Plasma TV of 42¨ with cable TV with more than 600 channels.
We provide as well fresh linens and towels for all the guests.
It is perfect for groups of friends or families that look to have a great stay in New York city.
For extra large groups of families or friends, if you need we can provide you with additional sleeping options in the same building or nearby so that your group stays together.
The rates offered are for the apartment used by 6 guests for weekly stays. Please check with us for rates for larger groups, or just short and weekend stay rates.

Accommodates Large Parties

This apt was pretty small and not modern, but quaint and surprisingly accommodated a party of 9 comfortably w/room for more. The location is what made the place. We were near everything that was essential for us to get around in NYC (subway,market, bars, and good eats). Although I never had the chance to meet the landlady, the only neighbor in our building was very nice and helped us get settled in. Other than little things such as fans and outlets in bathroom not working and low water pressure, it got the job, of housing 9 adults, done. We were walking distance to Times square and Port Authority(subway station) was right around the corner. We just hopped on the R train or ACE to take us to the different disctricts (soho, flatiron, financial, meat packing, etc) in just minutes. Overall we had a good time.

the owner is very nice! she's always helpful and kind.. the apartment is really great & clean! The location is close to times square and subway..a very nice location! I'll come back in december and i'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

The owners are very nice, responsive, and easy to work with. They seemed eager to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment's location is convenient to midtown, Times Square, Central Park, and subway transportation to all of NYC. The location is one of its best features. The bedrooms are decent sized, and both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo, toilet, and single vanity. I wouldn't call the apartment dirty, but neither would I call it sparkly clean. No signs of pests of any kind, thankfully. All considered, I would stay there again. Two of the bedrooms face the front of the building and 9th Ave, which is very busy and happening all night long with loud pedestrians, vehicle traffic, and music from the restaurant below. The third bedroom is in the back of the building and much quieter. All bedrooms and the living room have window A/C which keep the apartment comfortably cool. We are thankful the owners accommodated us at the last minute for a short stay with a large group, and would definitely stay here again. It was a great experience!

I have never had such a good experience especially in Manhattan . Being a regular visiot with multiple friends visiting at the same time, this was THE most efficient, MOST bang-for-our-bucks. We werent tripping all over ourselves for once in bathrooms and it was extremely convenient in location. After this experience, I'm pretty sure any encores will include apartment rentals rather than closet-sized hotels.

the location of the apartment is excellent--centrally located in midtown Manhattan, in up and coming Hell's Kitchen. great to deal with. very spacious and complete with linens and towels. only problem would be the kitchen area--the sink needs some thorough cleaning. other than that, you get every bang for your buck!
