Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Times Square. The two bedrooms have Queen Beds and living room has 2 sofa beds for extra persons. If you have some official work in your vacation days, there is a separate office space with Hi-speed wireless internet access. We provide unlimited domestic phone calls and basic TV cable. Washer & dryer are in the apartment. This condominium has a fitness gym, pool table in lounge area, roof top garden, deck on 4th floor and a virtual golf....all for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen have all the luxury stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Kitchen cabinets are full with pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups and glasses.

Extra linens are in a walking closet.

Area Information

Just the perfect place. All major attractions nearby such as Broadway Theater Ticket Office, M&M chocolate Store, Harshey's, restaurants, grocery stores and many more.

Great location and well equipped apartment.

The location was fantastic, the doormen professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New York. The Apartment is well appointed and the owner has taken extra steps to ensure your stay is as easy as can be. Lots of books on New York on the coffee table, Business cards for reputable local venders. The Apartment had a homely feel which was perfect for our family. It was presented in a very clean state with plenty of additional linen and towels available. The apartment is large for a 2 Bed room and includes a study nook and walk in robe. Free internet and free pay tv also welcome additions (although you won't even turn the TV on as there is so much too see and do). We loved the apartment and highly recommend staying there. Our only criticism is the venetian blinds in the bed rooms are not effective at cutting out the street lighting by night. All blinds closed and still enough light in the room to see everything. Not an issue for us as we are good sleepers, but others may not fair so well. Still we were that tired each day from all the site seeing I don't think this will be an issue. Thanks to the Owner its was a fabulous stay! See you next time.

Very Convenient Location

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. was perferct for 3 adults. The location was very convenient to subways, theater, shopping and located right in the heart of Times Square. A note though is because of location it can be noisy with street noise at times, sirens etc. Plenty of dishes, though kitchen is small, to eat in if you desire. Great to have washer/dryer in unit. If you want to stay in Times Square and have a place bigger than a hotel room this apartment would be great.

What a wonderful 3 day stay. The apartment was even better in person than it shows online. Absolutely perfect location. Very secure building. And the staff treated me as if I was a year round tenant. Comfy beds, hot water, cold refrigerator, and very (for New York) quiet. I would go back in an instant. I hate giving a rave review as it might make it harder to secure a reservation again! A+++

Best Apartment & Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved to stay here. The location was just perfect and the apartment was the best I've stayed in NYC. A very Modern & Cozy apartment with everything you would need for your stay. A High chair is available and we left our Playpen there, so now is perfect for young children as well. There is a lot of space and we felt very comfortable with 6 people sleeping there. The closet and bathrooms are HUGE for NYC standards. We spent Thanksgiving here and got to watch the Parade from the window! An Amazing experience. There is always 2 doormen downstairs ready to help, open your door and give you directions. This apartment is in the same building from M&M store, across from Hershey's and 1 1/2 block to Times Square. It was 2 Major Subway stations within a block that will take you anywhere in Manhattan. The Food Emporium is 1 1/2 block away with anything you may need and everything around is open super late. You can grab a bite or shop until around 1 AM! This apartment is just perfect!

This place is honestly an amazing place to spend your vacation at NYC. The condo had everything we were looking for (wireless internet, HD cable, plasma tv, two bathrooms, comfy beds, great view, safe nieghbourhood, very clean, and much more). The condo is so beautiful, far better than other place I have stayed in. The condo also has such an amazing view, and the bedrooms are very cosy as well. The apartment has such a relaxing atmosphere. My family and I (5 of us all together) felt secure and at home. Its located right in Times Square, so everything is just seconds away (great places to eat, shop, n play). The owner of this property (Naoko) is such a great person to deal with; she is available 24/7 on call for any problems or questions you may have. I highly recommend this place!
