It was a great stay. We loved the apartment. Everything was just as described. The owners were so easy to work with and do nice. We would definitely stay there again!

We booked this apartment last minute (the day before) and everything worked out great! Eric (the owner) was very nice and accommodating, and even waited for us to arrive even though our bus arrived late. He also told us some really good places to go and places to eat. The apartment is really close to everything! There are many bars and restaurants in every direction, and it is really close to the bus terminals. Unfortunately we were only there for 3 nights so we couldn't explore more. If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to experience some NY living this place is great!

The apartment was OK, location good enough, but had trouble from the beginning. There was confusion about which apartment we were booking. Called Frances twice and both times she said, "I'll call you right back" but never did. Had to call the owner, Avi. They emailed that we could pay for the apartment when we got there with a credit card or through pay pal, but tried to insist on pay pal. (The deposit was sent through pay pal.) The place had poor workmanship: floor tiles not glued down well, badly leaking bedroom window, very loose toilet seat, backed up tub drain, and blinds that were broken. Also no "private hot tub" -- no hot tub at all. On the good side, it was roomy enough, there was air conditioning, an elevator, and a full kitchen. It was quiet and we could walk to Times Square and theatres.
