Description of the Manhattan vacation apartment rental

This two bedroom apartment can accommodate up to six people, as the couch in the living room opens up to a double bed, in addition to the one king bed and one queen bed in the bedrooms. Like all of the Mivar Suites, the chic yet comfortable design of the suite allows you to feel right at home. There is a fully accessorized kitchen allowing you to create a home cooked meal even on vacation! The suite includes a dining table, with dining ware to accommodate up to six people. If needed, maid service is available for an additional fee. The suite also includes wireless internet, cable television, and a local phone, all of which are included in the cost. Enjoy the simplicities of life while experiencing what it’s like to live like a real New Yorker.

Area Information

This area of Manhattan is home to world-famous commercial zones such as Rockefeller Center, Broadway, Times Square, and the Theatre District. The heart of this neighborhood—nicknamed “the Plaza District”—is New York’s largest central business district. The Midtown area is conveniently located in between the Upper and Lower Manhattan neighborhoods, thereby making it easily accessible to travel to both sides of the Island. Popular tourist attractions include visiting Times Square, attending a Broadway Play at one of the many famous theatres, and shopping on 34th Street (popular for the many stores it houses). Enjoy a nice evening walk down Broadway—the longest avenue in Manhattan, or even have a drink at the famous Hard Rock Café. Either way, you’ll have a great staying in Midtown Manhattan!

Review of 3-E

December 17, 2012

We stayed in 3-E which is in the same building as this unit. The location was great - one block over from Restaurant Row and near Times Square. The unit was very clean, was warm, had plenty of hot water, and sufficient linen. It was great having the kitchen; although we did not cook, we used the refrigerator, microwave, and especially the nice coffee pot. Shawn was very helpful so that the booking was easy. Alex was there to greet us when we arrived. The bedroom was a little noisy from the street noise (not unusual in New York) but, overall, we were very pleased and will book with Shawn again. We preferred it to a hotel, but there is a fee for cancellation so make sure you will be able to make it as scheduled. Thanks to Shawn and Alex for a nice experience. Sincerely, Jane Wynn

Perfect location

We actually stayed in 5W, and were very pleased. There was a diabetic, and a 70 year old in our group so a lower floor would have been much easier; however, the apartment was very well appointed, and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the neighborhood (restaurants, shopping, etc( very much. We will certainly book here again.Thanks, Sharon Garland
