Great place in a nice part of town

My wife, son and self stayed in this apartment for 10 days on a recent trip to New York. It provided a great base for us to visit our favorite places in the local area and had everything we needed in terms of facilities, including a pool in the building which my son enjoyed swimming in. It's always great to visit New York and having somewhere decent to stay is really important. This place worked really well for us.

We were very comfortable during our 3 day stay in the apt. Location was wonderful with restaurants and a great Italian deli nearby. Very quiet and would definately stay again. Thanks for a wonderful and affordable stay.

Great Experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a great place to come back to after a hectic day in the big city. It's comfortable and has a wonderful view from the small balcony. The air conditioning was appreciated in hot and humid weather. The building is located in an area of interesting shops and restaurants and is close to the subway. We would definitely stay there again.
