acabamos de volver de pasar una semana en el apartamento de marcelo, que resulto una experiencia muy grata ya que todo estaba tal cual la informacion de la pagina, muy buena ubicacion, en la zona de los teatros, calentito, no necesitamos prender la calefaccion, llenode negocios para comprar comida en la zona, y a pesar de estar sobre una calle transitada, no resultaba molesto en la noche,ciertamente una hermosa estadia. Besitos marcelo y gracias por todo! ojala podamos volver a pasar nuevamente por alli!hasta siempre! ana

Eu e meu marido ficamos no apartamento em Novembro, estava bastante frio na cidade, e o aquecedor do apartamento dava conta de aquecer a gente perfeitamente. A cozinha está pronta para fazer sua própria comida. O banheiro atende perfeitamente a necessidade. A internet e televisão funcionam bem. A localização é muito boa, está do lado da estação de metrô, o que ajudava até no dia que teve neve, fica próximo a farmácias, mercados (The food Emporium é ótimo), Starbucks em todos os lados e o Mexicano Chipotle bem embaixo pra quem curte um arroz com feijão (é um pouco apimentado, cuidado). Na 9 ave, logo em frente tem bastante restaurante diferente. O único problema pra mim de tudo que foi muito bom, é o barulho do chão, que range um pouco, mas eu consegui viver tranquilamente andando devagar pra não acordar meu marido... De resto ficou excelente, o proprietário consegue conversar com a gente em portunhol, e ficou fácil a comunicação. Foi muito atencioso e nos auxiliou um bucado.

Ok, mas de qualquer maneira nós poderíamos comunicar e falar, isso significa que eu preciso de mais brasileiros vindo e praticar mais meu Português :)
E o problema do barulho ao caminhar, nao foi mais do que vocês não podia andar de tanto que compraron!!!, NY ficou arrasada, não ficou mais nada nas lojas!.
Muitos bons cumprimentos para voces e sempre bem-vindas pessoas como vocês, que se comportaram muito respeitosos e deijaron o apartamento sem problemas.

Lovely place to stay

Really nice, clean and well-located studio. Times Square is at 8min walk from there. Great place to start all the visits as the subway is literally round the corner. The mini kitchen is nice and modern if you want to cook. The street is however pretty noisy (but hey, it's New York!).

This is a great place to stay while in NYC, If you want to spend a lot of money for a hotel be my guest. This place is more than adequate for a stay in the city, IT is clean, safe and is in a great location. Just a train ride or bus ride and be can be uptown or downtown in no time. Owner is very accomodating and easy to deal with. Let us check in early and check out later. Plan on going again and I know where I want to stay,

Nice and well located studio

We loved the studio. It is very cozy and has everything needed for a young couple. Located just a few steps from the subway and close to times square, we spent eight wonderful days there. Internet works, the apartment was clean, as well as towels and sheets. The street noise did not bother us. I highly recommend the studio.

It's a nice place and a great location

It's a nice place with a great location very close to major tourist sites in Manhattan, the place is enough for two people, the subway is practically a few steps out of the building, the study is completely independent and even has a kitchenette, though I doubt that you get to need. It has wire Internet, and wireless internet but I can not make the connection. If you are sensitive to noise wears a pair of earplugs can be a bit noisy at some point in the night.
