The apt is located at 5th floor ( elevator building ) with laundry at the basement. Full kitchen including: microwave, fridge, stove, cafÃ© maker, taster, necessary cookware, dishes and utensils. Great for the price!

This apartment has everything you need. It is perfect for 2 or 3 people. It is well located, just between the Empire State Building and the UN. Some of the home appliances need an update urgently, but it is a very good apartment for the price.

Very good location. From this studio it's easy to reach all places in Manhattan, from the Empire State Building (3 blocks away) to Times Square... It's also very near to the subway "green lines" and so you can travel uptown and downtown in few minutes. Moreover second and third avenue are plenty of good places for eating or for drinking so you haven't to take subway if you want go out for dinner of beer... A little noisy in the nighttime, sometime also for neighbor music... but it's Manhattan, where you could find a silent place? (ok, maybe in Central Park, maybe).... Internet it's very fast and useful (especially when your are away from home). Owner it's a very kind and helpful person. If I'll come back to NYC I will look again for this place and also I'll advise it to my friends.

Excellent Deal

We had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The neighborhood was safe; we had a view of the East river, and we were able to find free parking in a spot where we could see our car from the window! The building and neighborhood are quiet and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was a short and easy walk to subways, Times Square and Grand Central Station. The location even allowed us to come back for a few hours during the day to rest. There is a lot to do within a block of the apartment too. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. This was an excellent deal and I would gladly stay there again on future trips!
