FURNISHED NYC, MANHATTAN RENTAL, NEWLY RENOVATED

Fabulous Stay!

My daughter & I visited NY on vacation & stayed at this fabulous apartment. If you are into breathtaking views (esp at night), then this is the place! The view of the Empire State Building is like a postcard, & the Hudson River is at your doorstep. Lovely, safe neighborhood. We had to walk a few blocks to the subway, but it wasn't bad. And more often than not, a cab was waiting right outside the door for those occassions when we preferred one. There is a market about 1 1/2 blocks away which is VERY convenient. It is also very close to the Broadway theaters, which was a big reason for our trip, and Times Square (which, for us, wasn't). And loads of excellent restaurants (many deliver) are nearby. The building is very attractive, with plenty of efficient elevators, and the apartment itself is clean, spacious, modern, and just as described. We had a few minor plumbing issues in one of the bathrooms, but I was too busy to follow up on them, so I can't really fault management for not addressing them. And our location on the 23rd floor meant that it was very quiet. The floor itself was very quiet as well. We never heard the neighbors. The washer/dryer came in so handy as we were there for a week. The door staff was most friendly and helpful, too. One other thing I forgot to mention is that Chris was VERY prompt in getting back to me when I first inquired about the availability! (Another apt lost my business because they were too slow.) He was a real pleasure to do business with. My daughter told me more than once that it was a trip she would never forget. I just hope I can visit NY again soon so that I can stay here again.
