This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom features a dining table for 4, 2 queen size beds, and sofa. It is only one flight up in a pre-war building in the mid-forties off 9th Ave.

This quaint tree-lined street is surprisingly quiet (sans the occasional horse-hooves clopping by, or some 'enthusiasm' from a weekend nightlife fan- though nothing a shut window can’t fix; this will be the case with all similar properties)

The kitchen includes:
--high quality appliances (KitchenAid Artisan Stand Blender, Cuisinart food processor, blender, toaster, stovetop oven, coffee maker, stainless steel large refrigerator & microwave)
--an abundance of cookware (brand new Emeril 12 piece pots & pans, Pier 1 Imports baking sheets, serving utensils, silverware, etc.)
--a full rack of spices for preparing meals at home
--Dining table seats 4

The living room includes:
--42” Flat Panel HDTV w/ basic cable (premium cable optional for month stays or longer)
--DVD Player
--FAST Wireless Internet complimentary with every stay (bring your laptop to easily stream Netflix or Hulu, straight to the 42” TV)
--Printer compatible with all laptops
--Air Conditioners on both ends of the apartment, in kitchen & master bedroom

Master Bedroom:
--Clean & Comfy Queen Size Bed
--Two large closets
--Two shelving units

Second Bedroom:
--Slightly smaller, this bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, Two large closets, and a TV. This room is entirely protected from street noise with no windows to the main avenue, and has wood framed shuttered windows that can open to the living room.

The bathroom has a full-sized clean bathtub. (Not always the norm in these pre-war buildings.)

All stays include fresh linens, towels, coffee and tea!

Prices are subject to change based on demand. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100.

Rates start at $190 per night, assuming a party of 1-2 people. For additional guests please email for a quote, and there are discounted rates for longer weekly or monthly stays!

A booking of 2 nights or less are only accepted 2 weeks or less from check-in date, or if the dates happen to fit our current calendar. Feel free to email with any questions!

What can I say, you are in the heart of it all! This charming exposed brick apartment in such a prime picturesque location gives you the ultimate 'New York' experience.

I like to say the front yard is Times Square and the back yard is the Intrepid-- because it basically is. :)

Within a four block radius you will find the famed Restaurant Row, the heart of Times Square, Broadway Dance Center, Port Authority, the breathtaking Hudson River jogging/biking path & the Intrepid.

ALL Broadway theaters within a 5 minute walk. Also within walking distance are Fifth Ave Shopping Attractions, Bryant Park, Madison Square Garden, and so much more.

Many subways are easily reached from this location to get you where you need to be (A,C,E,1,2,3,N,R,Q,L).
