Upper East Side: Museums, Central Park, Fifth Ave

Huge one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed, large bathroom. The apartment is clean, QUIET and private. There is no television. There is free wifi in the Starbucks in the building. It is a perfect reprieve from the days of site seeing and touring this phenomenal city. The essence is comfort and quiet serenity, a true respite at the end of a busy city day shopping and dining and the exciting night out on the town.

The location and neighborhood is of the best in Manhattan, off Fifth Avenue in the area known as “Museum Mile” and 100 meters to Central Park. This neighborhood (Carnegie Hill) is one of the most expensive in Manhattan. You will be living amongst investment bankers, the television housewives of NYC, private schools and nannies. (Before moving to England, Madonna was going to buy the home across the street.) Transportation is excellent as well (buses north/south and east/west, taxis and subway (#6 train at East 96 St. and Lexington Avenue). Please do search the location online. The entire apartment will be for your use. We do have some rules, however, like not wearing shoes in the house and absolutely no smoking anywhere. This apartment is one of our family homes.


Available on varying dates, this apartment is in a luxury doorman building, on the first floor with antiques and modern decorations.

Cotton towels and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen, dining, full bath with hair dryer. Apartment supplied with iron, umbrellas. Air mattress (queen size) available also.

NO SMOKING in or near apartment and no smoking in front of or in back of building, no pets, children negotiable in advance. We adhere to a shoes off policy in the apartment; cleanliness is essential.

$150. per night for two people, $50. per night per additional person, negotiable. $50. cleaning fee if stay is under seven nights.
20% non-refundable deposit necessary to hold reservation; balance of fee is required in cash and due upon arrival.
