In the living room there is a sofa and chair with ottoman and there is a blow-up mattress in the closet (queen size). The apartment will sleep 4 comfortably. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV with Cinemate Bose sound system. There is an Apple TV and of course WIFI internet is included. Laundry is a short elevator ride away. There is a microwave and dish washer in the apartment. Large windows covering the entire east side of the apartment facing the east river with beautiful views.

The building is directly next to the NYU medical center and less than 10 minutes to every amenity. We are a 10-15 minute walk to Time Square, Empire State Building, UN building, Madison Square Park. 20 minute walk to Union Square. 10 minute walk to subway and buses are directly in front of the building. Some of best delis in New York are across the street, and one block away is grocery, movie theatre, and wonderful restaurants and bars.
