Grand Central 1-Bedroom Private Apt (Cannot beat size for price anywhere and the entire floor is yours!)

This is a private apartment so the whole space is yours.

I believe strongly in maintaining the utmost cleanliness with a cleaning lady coming in between each and every visiting guests. Fresh linens and towels always included.

Apartment includes:

-Bedroom with:
-Queen bed (accomodates 2 people)
-Couch (accommodates 1 person)
-Closet with hangers
-Dresser

Outlay:
A large living area separated with an eat-in kitchen that leads to the bedroom and full bath.
The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, coffee machine, plates, silverware, cups, wine glasses, mugs, and more.
1 Time Cleaning Fee- $80

NOTE: This apartment is on the 5th floor (4 flights of stairs). Good exercise but not for the faint heart

I have been living here for a few weeks and love it so far! The building itself is very well maintained with an elevator. The apartment has a modern and fun decor that will be sure to impress, and is equipped with all the necessities. Premium towels, clean sheets, and everything you need in a Kitchen. One of the most important things to me when I stay somewhere is the bed, and this is one is extremely comfortable.
As far as the location it's unmatched, and the neighborhood is filled with restaurants, entertainment, sports bars/lounges, shopping and other attractions. Gramercy Park is one of the most sought after areas in this great city.
