(GROUND ZERO). Also, there are
plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and

and will be returned to you upon leaving the apt. in it's clean, undamaged and original condition. Deposits are fully refundable via bank check if canceled outside 14 days of check-in, and are forfeited within 14 days of check-in.
We will only charge you a cleaning fee ($75.00, taken out of the security
deposit) if the unit is left untidy (or for missing items) and not in the original condition that you rented. No, we don't expect you to make the beds or mop the floors, (we have a cleaning person for that) however, all we ask is
that all trash is discarded and all personal belongings removed and
that everything is left in its original state. Otherwise, there is no cleaning fee.
**** Daily parking is available in building for an additional fee ( paid separately to parking garage) and a $50.00 late check-in fee is assessed (paid separately to our assistant) for check-ins after normal business hours (5pm.)****
