Description of the Manhattan vacation b&b rental

I have an amazing brownstone on 93rd Street between 5th and Madison. Huge Victorian suites, some with 2 person Jacuzzi, others with large cast iron tubs. Large rooms, with plush carpeting and antique furniture, with queen sized beds or 2 twins some can accommodate 3 with roll away bed. Also a 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and 2 queen sized beds. Also smaller guestrooms with shared bathroom. Premium cable in each room, local phone and answering machine, fridge, coffee machine and microwave in each room. Prices from $75-$155 for the off season. You will not get a better deal than this, and won't find nicer accommodations. If you want a quite, luxurious home away from home, tomorrow or next year please contact me.

• Deposits: Reservations can be made by phone. The reservation office is open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday. We check our answering service frequently. Alternatively you can fax a printout of the reservation form off the web site with a credit card number to hold a reservation. Cancellation Policy: We hold a 20% deposit by credit card, which is refundable in full if you cancel more than 7 days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after that, we will try to re-reserve the room
   
• Other Fees: We operate as a hotel without a front desk, so there will be a gentleman named Sam there to meet you. There is a $20 fee if you come in after 8pm and a $40 fee after 10pm. This is for Sam and can be given to him or charged to your card, it is only the first night, after that you will have your own key and can come and go as you please.

My son, husband and I stayed in the Madeleine suite for 5 days and it was just right. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The fellow (TO) who met us and cleaned the room was very polite and helpful. The location was great for seeing museums and Central Park and it was nice to get out of the density of midtown in the evening. With a good pair of walking shoes we made it downtown in 45 minutes, taking different routes each time.
