Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Manhattan, New York

Leonard Bell

Excellent location and spacious high end apt
February 25, 2012
Excellent location, with spacious apt and high end kitchen appliances. Decorated w/original artwork. 3 full bathrooms an unusual perk. only minor drawback is that not so firm mattresses in 2 BR, but size/location/finish throughout is excellent apt. Owner very easy, helpful and accommodating to deal with, and graciously pointed out on-street parking opportunities nearby.

Location, location ...
February 16, 2012
Friends recommended this apartment, and it was brilliant. We always try to locate ourselves conveniently, and this apartment ticked so many boxes - two easy-walk blocks to gate access to Central Park. You are only minutes away from Times Square via the rail station directly across the road. More train lines near Central Park, plus bus services at the door and taxis coming from all directions. There's an interesting view on everyday life in Manhattan through the large windows, overlooking the intersection of two busy roads. Convenience stores are practically at your door. The apartment is spacious and the owner very good to deal with. This is not a typical rental apartment, you're staying in someone's home, and it feels like it. It's clean and comfortable; all conveniences were provided, as well as wireless internet. One drawback was that our 5th traveller slept on a futon on the floor in the office, which may be fine for children, but it wouldn't have suited me. We were a family, convening to catch up. We loved New York, and we loved being able to 'come home' and sit around the dining table, share food and stories, and just be together.

The perfect experience!!!
July 12, 2010
We were recommended this apartment by friends in Australia and it was the best decision we made. It was in the perfect location and 1 stop to Times Square if you took the B subway which is just outside the front door. Everything we needed was on the surrounding blocks and the apartment was perfect for 5 people. We would highly recommend this to anyone as we all had the most wonderful time and were very sorry to leave after 2 weeks!! I try not to return to the same city but I can't wait to come back to visit very soon - We love NYC!!!

What a great place!

From the location to the view to the easy access to all of the fun in NYC, it was a great central point to a wonderful time there. The place was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay here.
