This is an excellent apt, very central and a very spacious, will rent this apt again when I go back to NY and would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in NY

This is a wonderful and pretty new apartment in a nice location close to many restaraunts, bars, and shopping areas. The landlord was very helpful and responsive and recommend this place to any party between 6-8 people. Make sure you check out the bar next door (ask for Jasper) and also Suttons pizza (Nick & Gregory) place. You'll have a wonderful experience)
