1500 square feet of a classic posh decor that still keeps that home feel. This apartment offers two bedrooms, both bedrooms include queen sized Vera Wang Beds and french doors that open out to your own private balcony. Spacious living room with two over-sized fold down sofas, Brand new Zebra wood and granite Full sized Kitchen and two brand new Full Bathrooms. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably.
Rates: $675/night - $3,900/week

Three Bedroom Duplex Includes:
This is one fabulous 3 bedroom duplex with private staircase from inside your apartment up to your own exclusive Rooftop Terrace. This home away from home includes three fashionably swank but classy decorated bedrooms, Two of the bedrooms include queen sized Vera Wang beds and the third bedroom has a full sized bed. There is a brand new Zebra wood and granite full sized kitchen and the upscale decor in this spacious living area also includes two over-sized fold down sofa beds. Sleeps up to 10 adults comfortably.
Rates: $750.00/per night - $4,000.00/per week

All units include private washing machines and dryers.
The terrace includes 24 hour access and B.B.Q. set up.
*The Rooftop Terrace is also available to rent for private parties.*

This is a wonderful and pretty new apartment in a nice location close to many restaraunts, bars, and shopping areas. The landlord was very helpful and responsive and recommend this place to any party between 6-8 people. Make sure you check out the bar next door (ask for Jasper) and also Suttons pizza (Nick & Gregory) place. You'll have a wonderful experience)
