Description of the Manhattan vacation condo rental

This very bright two bedroom / two bathroom apartment with terrace about 900 square feet is on the 5th floor of a new condominium located on 147th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue, only 2 blocks away from the subway station. The building has an elevator, a buzzer intercom system, a video security system, a common courtyard and roof access. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) in the apartment.

You enter the apartment through the living room. This air-conditioned room has light yellow painted walls, a hard wood floor, a closet and a glass sliding door leading to the terrace. It is furnished with a full-size sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, a flat screen cabled TV, a DVD player, a stereo, a phone (local calls only), a closeted washer/dryer, a carpet and two framed pictures. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing table available in the closet.

The tiled kitchen with stainless GE steel appliances is opened to the living room. It has a granite counter top and is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, cupboards, dishes, cooking utensils and a lot of cupboards.

On each side of the living room you have access to a bedroom with private bathroom.

The master bedroom is on the left side of the living room. It has brown painted walls, a hard wood floor, a large window and two spacious closets. It is furnished with a Queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a large dresser topped by a mirror and a lamp. A short hallway leads to the private bathroom. The bathroom has gray tiles and a window. It is equipped with a sink, a toilet, a bathtub with shower and glass sliding door, a storage cabinet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.

The smallest bedroom is situated on the right side of the living room. It has crème painted walls, a hard wood floor, a large window and two closets. It is furnished with two single beds, a dresser and a lamp. This second bathroom is accessible from the smallest bedroom and from the living room; it is similar to the master bedroom's bathroom.
