Upstairs, discover the landscaped roof-deck with Barbecue grills and spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. Downstairs find the Lounge with Billiards Table and 54" HD TV. Dahlia and Mervin, thank you so much for the absolutely amazing stay we had at your condo! We stayed for a week in mid March. Anyone should consider this condo for their next visit!!! We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. It was immaculate and such a pleasure to be so close to everything. The view is amazing, the neighborhood fantastic. Cannot wait to stay again! Hotels in the city cannot even come close to comparing to this condo.

Thank you to Dahlia & Mervin for your gracious hospitality. I recommend this beautiful & immaculate condo to any New York travelers. Our group was 4 retired women coming to the "City" to see the Christmas lights. What a pleasure, after site seeing to come back to the condo & relax. The beds were very comfortable, even the couch. The organic market, just across the street, had everything we needed foodwise & there is a drug store just up the block. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Absolute luxury !
