We had such an amazing time in NY and it sure did not hurt to have such a clean, spacious, conveniently located apartment to sleep in. From the apartment we could walk everywhere we wanted to go except the airport but we actually didn't want to go there! We walked to Chelsea, Union Square, the MOMA, to 5 star sushi restaurants and fresh breakfast delis! This space had everything we could ask for in fact we could have stayed a month or more and may do just that, next time. Thank you so much!

Property is a student rental at best. Directly opposite a college & noisy. The bedroom connects to a stairwell accessed by an adjoining flat & is very disruptive. It was poorly presented & badly managed by the property owners/managers. A huge disappointment. There are simply masses of vacation rentals available in New York. Due to circumstances & volcanic disruptions, we made a hasty & poor choice. Please don’t make the same one as a decent place to stay can really make a difference to your holiday. Read the ads carefully & question the honesty of the descriptions. Although, if there is a need to embellish the amenities, you are probably going to have trouble. As an indication, the ad stated the condo had a washer & dryer. Loosely this is correct, but they are in the basement, coin operated & the room is ‘disgusting’ & I would never have used them. The list of disappointments were endless and too extensive to list. This apartment could have totally spoilt our holiday but we decided we were not going to waste a minute more of our precious time trying to sort them but it did put a huge dampner on the holiday. They did offer a housekeeper to clean the apartment 3 days into our 6 day stay but it was too little and too late. We Love NY & will be much wiser when we visit next.

We had an unforgettable time in the Big Apple, as we knew we would because we have visited often and know the city well. The location of the apartment on the corner (literally) of 25th and Lexington was ideal. Within in easy walking distance to the subway, the entire city and beyond was at our doorstep. In this city that never sleeps, the traffic noise also was at our doorstep. Keeping the air conditioner on continuously masked the street sounds quite well. On the plus side, Manhattan is your playground, so you don't spend much time in the apartment. Restaurants of all ethnicities were plentiful and within walking distance, as well as an excellent range of prices. Indian restaurants abound in this section of Murray Hill, but French, Italian, and many others are close by. Grocery stores, wine stores, drug stores, and, well, just about everything, is within walking distance in this safe and active neighborhood. Our advice is to go for what the City has to offer. The apartment itself is small and dark. One small room houses the kitchen, dining, and living room furniture; a sliding door opens into a space with a bed and couch and tiny closet. The marble bath is small with no counter space. The building's interior is all brick; the entrance is not what you see in the advertisement. This tiny apartment accommodates two very compatible people but it is questionable whether four adults would be comfortable. Nevertheless, if the City beckons, this is a great location.

This was my first time renting an apartment over a hotel. Excellent location, great apartment, very friendly owners. My wife specially liked it because of the abundant sunlight throughout the day since this is a south facing apartment, i personally loved the shower.
Thanks for everything Maaya.

Returned from a 5 night stay here today.
Well placed for all tourist attractions, subway (and the all important Starbucks) only 2 blocks away.
Lovely compact apartment, well finished and an ideal base for seeing NYC. Incredible shower, which is great after a long day of pounding the steets of Manhattan.
Friendly and helpful communication from Maaya.
Would certainly stay here again.
