This was my first time renting an apartment over a hotel. Excellent location, great apartment, very friendly owners. My wife specially liked it because of the abundant sunlight throughout the day since this is a south facing apartment, i personally loved the shower.

We were a group of 3, This was our first time renting an apartment rather than a hotel & i must say that is was a very good experience.
Fantastic apartment, excellent location, clean & tidy. Absolutely loved our stay.
Maaya made sure that everything was just right. Thanks for everything. Will definitely recommend this to all our friends. And of course will stay only in one of Maaya's apartments the next time we come to NYC

Returned from a 5 night stay here today.

Well placed for all tourist attractions, subway (and the all important Starbucks) only 2 blocks away.

Lovely compact apartment, well finished and an ideal base for seeing NYC. Incredible shower, which is great after a long day of pounding the steets of Manhattan.

Friendly and helpful communication from Maaya.

Would certainly stay here again.

Staying at this apartment truly enhanced our NYC experience. The location is ideal, cleanliness is 5 out of 5 and Maaya is very accommodating. The pictures are exactly what the place really looks like. The building is very safe and easy to find. We will stay here when returning to NYC and highly recommend this for anyone else

Can't really fault it, you are central enough to everything of interest at a much better price than hotels etc. Would definitely stay here again on a return to NYC.

We felt like we were entering a home when we stepped into this apartment. Everything was super clean and nice. I would recommend this to anyone visiting for any purpose. Maaya made us feel as if we were family coming to visit the city.

I must say that Maaya has done a great job with her apartment its immaculate. Great host, comfortable stay, overall i'd give her a 10/10.
Will definitely come back.
ps; my wife & i both loved the bathroom shower.
