Fully furnished one bedroom condo unit in a landmark building.Has 24hr concierge and doorman with courteous and helpful support house staff.The unit has cable tv in bedroom and living room ,wireless internet,a full kitchen with ref,microwave,stove,toaster oven and dish washer.Ample china,stemware,cooking and eating utensil.The bedroom has a queen size bed,a queen sleeper sofa in the anteroom and a tastefully constructed day bed in the living room.Has marble bath.Bed and bath linen provided.There is a card operated laundry in the same floor.This is a corner apartment.Bally's health club is in the premises and they accept month to month membership fee to join.Tastefully decorated lobby.close to train lines;b,c,e,d,f,n,r,w,1,9.building has private indoor courtyard which is beautifully landscaped and maintained.At ground level,it is adjacent to a public plaza with 2 outdoor cafe and 24 hr. security presence.There is pay parking in the building.It is surrounded by well stocked grocery stores,exotic restaurants,trendy bars and cafes.

Within Times Square vicinity.walk to Central Park,Radio City,Rockfeller Ctr,Broadway theatres,5th ave. shopping promenade.Area is vibrant mix of newly constructed buildings with exciting architecture designs and historical structures and old homes in a leafy neighborhood.The people inhabiting this enclave are friendly,trendy and down to earth.Only 4 walking blocks to the piers on the westerly side.Close to Port Authority and to the buses that are outbound to different states and Canada.Houses of worship,cultural centers,health care providers abound.JFK airport subway connection is nearby.

Cozy Family Fun!

The apartment is really amazing! We took a trip of 15 days, me and my entire family (my parents and my 2 sisters). Although the apartment has only 2 bedrooms, we were super comfortable. Ms. Lourdes Villegas was very friendly and helpful. We had no problems during our stay: the heater worked perfectly, hot water all the time and all the other amenities listed in the description of the apartment were in perfect working order! The only thing that was not 100% were the two twins, who had the mattress a little hard. The rest was perfect! I recommend the apartment and also want to go back!

Lorena and her family are very warm and nice people and it was a pleasure hosting them.They are appreciative of all efforts by the host to make their stay pleasant and safe.I feel bad about the extra twin mattresses .Storage of these things in a compact apartment in Manhattan is really a challenge. One has to resort to folding beds and mattresses to avoid making the apartment looking like a sick bay.Try sleeping a family of 5 plus a guest couple.I will test the comfort level of augmenting them with air mattresses underneath..There is always room for improvement and Lorena and her family are always welcome to stay in my apartment anytime they want to and it is available.Keep traveling!!

This was our first time in NYC. And it couldn't be better! Everything was just as we were told and even more: the aparment and their amenities were over the top! But what really made the difference was its owner: Ms. Lourdes Villegas' kindness, generosity and politeness amazed me and my family. we certainly recommend this apartment and we'll be delighted to come back again to this place. Excellent location, close to Time Square. Lordes was very accomodating and helped us with every thing we needed. The apt. is clean and well stocked with all the necessities. A/C worked well. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lourdes.
