Description of the Manhattan vacation condo rental

Fully furnished 1 bedroom condo on the 20th floor.Corner apartment in a landmark building with north west exposure and expansive city views.Features marble baths and parquet floors,full modern kitchen with dishwasher,microwave,gas stove with oven,side by side refrigerator and freezer with ice maker coffee maker,blender and toaster oven,china,flatware,glassware,cooking utensil.The bedroom has ample closet space and cable tv,queen size bed.There is another tv set in the living room.1 twin size cot is provided on request.
The building has a 24 hr. doorman and concierge.It has a beautifully landscaped indoor courtyard and garden in the higher floor and it sits adjacent to a community plaza and park with 24/7 security.The park also has 2 outdoor cafe and lounge and a live theatre facility and social room.
There is a health club with an olympic size pool in the premises and they accept month to month membership.
Pay parking is available in the building and adjacent areas.
The ground floor has restaurants and specialty stores.

Area Information

Walking distance to Times Square,Port Authority,Central Park,Carnegie Hall,Lincoln Center,Radio City,Rockefeller Center,Restaurant Row,Diamond District and Fifth Ave.shopping throughfare.Houses of worship,health care centers,museums and public libraries are nearby.Close to the piers and Intrepid naval museum.
Subway lines 1,9,B,C,D,E,F,N,R,W are accessible not to mention buses going to all directions including direct stop to the UN.The subway connection to the air train passes this route.Despite this energetic pace,the treelined neighborhood has a "homey"feel of the old New York.
You will never go hungry here.It is full of boutique restaurants and bistros,fast food chains and bars.This area is also known as Hell's Kitchen.There are 2 farmers markets,fish and meat markets,well stocked supermarkets and pastry shops.Beauty and nail salons,dry cleaners,spas are also plentiful.

My husband and I stayed a week in this Worldwide Plaza Residence. We had a wonderful vacation and the location of this apartment is perfect.... 5-10 minutes walk to Broadway, Times Square, Rockefella Centre. The Citysightseeing bus is just 1 block away. Lots of lovely restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We will certainly recommend this apartment to our friends and will stay here again the next time we visit New York.

Perfect location nice apartment

I got back today from USA, Washington First then New York, the apartment is perfect for the follow reason. Location, Subaway ??? 50 meters far away Broodway ??? 200 meters far away Columbus cyrcle, 5th Avenue, central Park, you can easily get there,in 5/10 minutes walking and shopping in the same time. The Owner ????????? Wonderful,Splendid, friendly what else ???? Nice kitchen for an Italian like me, was mandatory perfect, but you if you don't like cook a lot of restaurant around the area. We will book again and we will pass the address to all our friends. Thank you Lourdes.

Vacationing with my children meant looking for a safe place esp. in the big apple. This is the perfect place. We found the place to be immensely clean. It was in the heart of all the places we needed to see so we can either walk or take the suway. Their dooorman & concierge were very helpful.View was incredible.
