Great party place!

I think this unit is used to attract your attention, and then you are guided to other units that are available in the area. Our unit was at 560 W 43 St Apt 44E. Positives: Great building (44th floor) and location with 2bd/2ba penthouse on corner of building with 'L' shaped balcony. VOV and Vanguardia people were professional and easy to work with in booking, paying, etc. Spacious (by NY standards) and comfortable. Both BD have king beds; linens/towels were fine. Kitchen and baths were fine with plenty of hot water. We entertained our friends with a cocktail party and had 40 people who made great pictures with the NY skyline. Negatives: the sofa unit in the LR is very worn with visible spots and needs to be replaced; the unit could have been cleaner and scuff marks removed from the walls; be sure to take ear plugs since the firetrucks and other sirens are busy all night and the noise can disturb sleep; we were told we had rooftop access and could view the Statue of Liberty from there, but it was closed by the window washers and not opened during our 4 day stay. I would stay there again, but also ask about other available units with newer furnishings, especially at the rates we paid, but then you have to remember this is NY, and by their standards, this place is great.
