Great Location!

We were here for 3 months and loved it. Steps to a subway, walk to Lincoln Center, the Theater District, MOMA and Carnegie Hall. Views are great and there is a gym and laundry in the building. There is plenty of kitchen equipment and bedding for 4 people. We kept the air mattress blown up in the living room so we could use the sofa for sitting. There are no comfortable chairs but there is a table with four dining chairs. There is nothing charming about the place, bare walls and minimum furnishings but plenty of flowers helps! Really good selection of restaurants very close by and Whole Foods is up the street. The building is well maintained and the staff very friendly and accommodating in every way. We would use it again.
