If you are looking for a larger property then I would highly recommend this townhouse, the owners were very helpful leading up to our stay and on arrival the property presented very well. Super Mike who lives onsite was very helpful and easy to contact. The property was about 10 mins sub ride into Time Sqaure and was easy to do. If you want to get out of the rat race of the center of New york then stay here, close to all shops, pubs, coffee shops etc. good place to stay, January 1, 2009

Our stay was great. The space was quiet, well-equipped, nicely furnished, and above all, and most appreciated...impeccably clean. Super-Mike, as I believe he said his name was, helped us as he saw us rolling our luggage up the street well after midnight. The evening was nice and the community members were out enjoying the evening, but doing it quietly. I couldn't have asked for a better setup for my family. At first I was not sure if my party of 7 including myself would like to stay in Woodside, after speaking with Christina I was convinced yet uneasy.
Well no need to worry, Christina was an amazing, thoughtful and caring. The apartment was clean with plenty of ammenities and clutter free. Located very close to the subway, a dinner, stores, pubs, etc...
I highly recommend this apartment to anyone interested in a GREAT hassel-free place.
Thank you Christina & Danny, you made our stay a pleasure. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know.

"We travel around the world quite a bit but this was
our first ever visit to New York and we had planned
to stay to the centre like most people then while
looking for hotels we came across this gem in
woodside - great transport links 5 minute walk to
woodside station for train or subway. 15 minutes
from JFK by car and the airtrain goes from the
station. if you want a true feeling of NYC, its people
and suburbs this place is great. always felt safe
anytime of day. the property was exactly as
described we all really enjoyed ourselves, its
comfortable, large and roomy, clean well equipped
and has plenty of information. the owners are real
friendly provide you with all the information on the
area that you need - great resturants etc and they
are there if you need them but never pester you - i
love that bit! it has character and we will definatly
return, like a home from home Thanks Grace and
Tony you made a great visit better - next time we'll
take up that Bronx visit :) you wont be
dissapointed"

we had the most fantastic time in NYC and the apartment was brilliant. all the family loved Woodside - it is such a lovely mix of all sorts. we felt so safe as we walked around the place. the restaurants were wonderful - we ate in four different places in woodside and all of them provided excellent service and food. however, it was the great apartment that really made the difference and we cannot praise enough the incredible help and service that Grace and Tony provided. we would love to go back and stop there again and we will give it a huge recommendation to our friends. to Grace and Tony - Cheers!

Exceaded all our expectations. Was closer to everything than we had thought (via.. subways) wich are very user friendly to those who have not used them before. Very close to the best restaraunt I have ever ate at , a diamond in the rough very much how I would describe this place. Very clean and well maintained would highly recomend this place. we will be going back as much as possible. Fell in love with the place, and maid some new friends for life.
