We very much enjoyd staying the 8 nights at Cathey's property. A clean, spacious, well equipped app. Perfect location, near the tubestations ánd the Chelsea Market! Will be back when we return to NYC. Do'nt forget to ask Cathy for the perfect limousine taxi service to JFK. Same price as a regular yellow cab, but far more convenient! Yolanda & Jaap

Clean room, really comfortable bed and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, it was only about a $7 cab ride down to the village or up to the theaters. The neighborhood itself was great to cruise around (Ray's Pizza and Billy's Bakery each a stone's throw away) and felt completely safe. Katie is a kind and helpful hostess. We had such a great time and as soon as we can get back we will be calling Katie to book her place.

These apartments were in a perfect location for our trip to New York. The garden studio in particular was very spacious with a good kitchette and bathroom. The groud floor studio was smaller but very well looked after and although we ate out a lot, you could easily go self-catering there. The one bedroom was a good size too but the bathroom set up means that it isnt really ideal for 4 people sharing as the bathroom is not in its own separate room but runs as a closed off corridor between the two rooms meaning it lacks a bit of privacy! But its ideal for two people and all apartments are very warm! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to come back. The owner was also very helpful and delightful.

My boyfriend, 4 friends, and I just returned for a 4 night stay at Katie's brownstone in Chelsea. We had the one-bedroom on the third floor, and a large studio on floor 2. The apartments were *great*, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location at 22nd & 9th was perfect - just a few minutes from the subway. All 6 of us felt comfortable walking around at night. I would highly recommend visiting Joe on 23rd Street for a cup of coffee, Billy's Bakery on 9th Ave for some cupcakes, and La Grainne Café (also on 9th) for brunch. Thanks Katie! Maybe we'll be back soon!

The appartment was really well taken care of and in a very good location, very close from the metro and to walking distance of Empire State and Greenwich Village. I would recommend it to anyone, specially when being more than 3 people, because then it is really better value than any hotel!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this modern, comfortable and clean studio apartment, located close to some wonderful food and shoppping areas. The apartment was a little noisy from the street, due to the design of the window, which housed the air-conditionin unit. Katie the property owner was very helpful and pleasant. We would certainly wish to stay at this property again. Thank you Katie for a great experience.

I arranged accommodation at these apartments for my mother, grandmother, and 3 aunts. The two apartments were perfect: clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and fully equipped. The building is in an ideal location and neighborhood; and the owners are very helpful and welcoming.

July was my second experience, first was March, and I never repeat accommodation unless it's worth it, more than worth it in this case. Everything's perfect for me in Katie's apartments: the lights and the light, the furniture, the white colour everywhere, which makes the atmosphere really bright, the wide spaces, the cleanliness, the details, the design, the abundant fresh towels, the comfortable bed, the shower, the street, the neighbours, the neighbourhood... Katie's really warm, communicative and welcoming. What else can I say? I wish that was my real home! Looking forward to my third stay...

It's not often that a rental apartment has exceeded my expectations but this lovely 1 bedroom apartment did just that. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in a perfect location! We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. We had studio #2, which is small like a hotel room, but we didn't care. It's on a lovely tree-lined street in Chelsea. Not far from the subway on 23rd. There was an extra bed in a tiny loft above and the kitchen was smaller than my closet at home! But we didn't cook there. Decent bathroom. Flat screen t.v. The room is completely white though, white walls and all white linens. Needs painting or at least pictures on the wall. I like how you have to unlock 2 doors to get into the building and then there is a numerical code on the door you get to choose. It was tricky, we accidentally left the door unlocked while we were gone, so make sure Katie explains how that is done. We needed towels and the drain clogged in tub and Katie took care of that right away as she lives upstairs. It was kind of noisy as there is a gap between the glass of one of the windows and the wood. It would be very cold in winter if it wasn't covered. Overall, we enjoyed staying there and would again. We felt like real New Yorkers! I would like to recommend a place on Broadway by Union Sq. called Max Brenner if you are a chocolate lover. Outrageous dessert menu!

Great apt for art lovers in Chelsea or just a fun place to stay in NYC; clean, well run and affordable. Would recommend it to friends, and would certainly use it again.

We had an amazing time on this very busy island. The suite made our trip much more affordable & enjoyable. The location is ideal for walking, bus or subway (we prefer the bus). Also, shopping @ Woodbury Common & Macy's was great. The sights & old buildings was something. Thanks for everything.

The apartment was beautiful! I love the smell when you walk into the building!!! We love the wonderful location and thought it was a relatively quiet street for NY and I appreciated that. The tea in the cupboard was wonderful! The loft bed was very comfortable although it took me a second to get used to the ladder - I loved it! I would recommend to anyone!

We spent a week in the apartment and it suited us perfectly. The location is fantastic with easy access by subway and bus to all parts of Manhattan. Chelsea is a vibrant part of town with many cafes for breakfast and other meals. The apartment is well maintained and has all the facilities one could want.
