Description of the Manhattan vacation townhouse rental

We have a cool though relaxed Townhouse with two duplex apartments.

Being a typical New York Brownstone building
it has three levels and fantastic location, just in the heart of Manhattan.

Each apartment has three bedrooms, two marble bathrooms and spacious kitchen and living room, with over 1800 SF (180 square meter) comfortably sleeping 8 to 11 people per apartment.

Fully furnished and very comfortable,
the Townhouse is located in the heart of town, two blocks from Times Square and Bryant Park, WALKING distance to Times Square, all theaters, major restaurants, museums, shops, Central Park and all transportation.

APARTMENT has comfortable beds and sofa beds:
room 1: 1 queen bed
room 2: 2 double beds
room 3: 1 queen bed + 1 small sofa bed
living room: 2 queen sofa beds

In two levels, the very independent and private bedrooms are in one level,and the common areas are in the other level

We offer complementary (free)

Located in the heart of the city, they characterize for being 15 minutes walking distance to Bryant Park, Central Park, Shopping at 5th Avenue, sightseeing at Central Station, Chrysler Building or the Empire State.

With tons of wonderful Broadway theaters and the largest possible variety of restaurants at your doorsteps, it is a vibrant area where you can feel pulsing at the rythm of this great New York city.

It is an area combination of residential and commercial, not luxurious by any means, but it is conveniently located in the heart of the city, which is great to visit the whole city easily.

Check Out: 1 p.m.
Required Stay: Three days minimum
Deposits: Booking deposit: 30% deposit required in advance. Deposits are not refundable if cancelled 15 days before the arrival date. Security deposit: $300 dollars required at arrival, to cover for any damages to the property or loss of keys. This is a fully refundable deposit at the end of the stay.
Other Fees: For longer than a week stays, $70 cleaning fee required

Apartment was perfect. Very simple place but in a great area and very safe. It was perfect for my purposes and a great deal. Ana was fantastic and an excellent host! I would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent 3 nights here and everything was perfect. Sophia was an excellent host and accomodated us as this was a last minute booking. The apartment was clean and comfortable, not luxurious but it was pretty much everything you would need. area was good - right near Times Square and the bars/restaurants of 9th Avenue. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we come to NYC.
