Lou and Kathy - Thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Len and I had a great time during our visit in Manila and your place made things perfect! Centrally located with excellent views of the city. Shopping and eats are everywhere and within walking distance. Taxis are always available when needed. we did stay here from 24 Dec. upto 2nd Jan 2013...it was a nice place to stay, quiet, comfortable. Security is tight where you feel very secure. The owner is very accomodating & I would really like to come & stay in this place again in the future...more power & god bless to Mr. & Mrs. Sicat & Kathy

a single traveler like me could not have had it better, a decent bed, a small kitchen with the basic stuff & a fab view from the balcony of the 24'th floor. The place is good if u single coz its really small. The location is really good within walking distance to the supermarket, the metro stop which takes u around to most of manila. The security is very tight here and guests have to register before being allowed on top. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again.

As Great Of a Deal As You Will Find

I was a little reluctant at 1st to stay here because every review was great, and it made me a bit nervous that nobody had anything bad to say. It was a perfect experience, after a 30 hour flight, i was met by the owners assistant in the malate 1 unit, and she explained everything i needed to know, i payed for the 4 night minimum in cash, and received my deposit back when I left. The building is great, the security is great (make sure if you have guests they bring id or they wont be let in) and the price can not be beat. clean room with couch and living room, clean bathroom,clean bedroom with balcony and a great view of makati skyline and memorial park. This was my 1st time in malate, and although there were kids begging nearby, the location is great if you want to walk up adriatico street, or walk to the roxas blvd to watch sunset. great air con, great channels on tv, great everything, way better than hotel as far as value and amenenities, there is even a pool there. being that nobody left any complaints, I will leave 1, i got a real bad scock adjusting the lever to turn on the hot water, so I would suggest not touching the lever directly with your hands ( I used a towel after the shock) I would 100% use this condo again, and have already reccomended it to anyone I know

i stayed this past march in the condo malate number 2, and was a good experince been there. the condo was clean and the owner of the condo give me my deposit after check the condo. if i go back again i will stay there again. the condo has pleanty of security and is located in a good part of malate. taxi always waiting for you outside. and never try to get extra cash cause you are a tourist. i really was so happy to be there. also the rate is lower than the hotel. you have plenty of channels to watch. and the kitchen so clean as well the fridge. all I can say is that i thank the owner to keep the condo in a good shape. this is JC from california

This is a great place to stay when visiting Manila. Security is tight and staff are very friendly and helpful. Any part of the city is accessible by taxi. The owners are very helpful. The air con in my unit had an issue and the owner was there very quickly with a maintenance person to repair it. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. it offered exactly what I was looking for.

The condo unit is comfortable and relaxing with great view of manila bay. It's walking distance or "pedicab" to sm harrison. The place is very secure and clean. This is a great place to stay. Everything you need is in walking distance. Safe, clean, convenient location. Condo is clean, owners are easy to work with. I have stayed here 5 different times. The value can't be beat.

Condo unit is secured, the guards are strict - will verify the guests first to the tenant. The unit is highly recommended for couples, conveniently located - minutes away from Malls, taxis are in front of the building. Small but fully furnished including cook wares. Owners are friendly and offer help if needed. We love to stay here again.

Excellent Choice for a Short Term Stay in Manila

The condo unit more than met my expectations. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Much nicer than staying in a hotel and less expensive as well. The kitchen in a big plus if you like to cook some meals. It's close to shopping, nightlife, etc. A taxi to Makati only costs about 70p. The security is professional and friendly. After my first day there they all greeted me by name. The rooftop pool is small but clean, nice and not at all crowded. Kathy and her assistant went out of their way to resolve an internet access problem so that I could get online while I was there. I definitely plan to stay here again if I have a chance to return and can recommend it without reservation.

Although I stayed only a week, the place is well located and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The place is clean and comfortable. The property owners Lou and Louie are nice and helpful. The bathroom are very clean with instant hot water for the shower. I am thankful for the air condition unit. The kitchen area is a big plus. If you like to cook, there is a single burner with pots and a fryer pan in addition to a rice cooker to prepare meals. There are shops like internet and salon, mini grocery store, 7eleven on the bottom floor as well as laundry services. There is a nearby SM department store if you like to shop. The security personnel are helpful and professional.

i enjoyed my stay at the executive tower 1 and the owner lou who was very helpful and worked with my reservation the whole time i was there the location wasnt to bad and price was reasonable,security was great and had all your needs,a/c full kitchen i would and probably will stay again at this location on my next trip to makati and manila..thanks lou....steve willcut maui hawaii...the assistant was nice and helpful and for all you single guys she is available...she has three kids but very pretty woman...shirley....
