Description of the Manila vacation condo rental

Furnished 1 BR condo for 3 persons in a high rise bldg. along Pablo Ocampo Sr. Ave. and just across Rizal Memorial Complex. The bedroom is air-conditioned and is equipped with a double bed and extra trundle bed under. The condo has 1 TB with hot and cold shower, a sofa and dining table and chairs. Cable TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, kitchen wares are also available. The building is two years old, clean, well-maintained and safe with 24-hour security. From the balcony of the condo is a view of the Makati and Ortigas skyline. It has a swimming pool at the roofdeck. There are commercial establishments at the ground floor area such as convenient stores, beauty salon, laundromat, restaurants and internet cafes with fast connection. A number of foreigners occupy some units in the building complex.

We also have 2 other condo units, in Malate and Makati, for rent.

24-hour broadband internet connection is optional.
Airport pick up can be arranged for a minimal fee.

Area Description

The condo is about 20 minutes away from the airport and from the commercial and financial district of Ayala, Makati. It is minutes away to the Cultural Center Complex, the Metropolitan Museum, the Central Bank of the Philippines and Manila Baywalk along Roxas Boulevard where one could enjoy jogging in the morning, watch the famous sunset or be on cruise in the afternoon. Other tourists spots about 10 minute drive from the condo include the Rizal Park, Manila Cathedral, Intramuros and Fort Santiago. A few meters walk is a shopping mall (Harrizon Plaza) and a supermarket. Shopping centers near the condo include the Mall of Asia, Robinsons'Place Malate and ShoeMart Manila. It is accessible to all transport including the light rail transit (LRT).

Deposits: Payment of US$50, through Paypal, hold the dates reserved. This will also serve as security deposit. It is refundable upon check out, also through Paypal.
Other Fees: Penalty of US$50 applies for no show. A fee of US$25 is applied for cancellation of reservation.

Excellent Choice for a Short Term Stay in Manila, July 25, 2009

The condo unit more than met my expectations. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Much nicer than staying in a hotel and less expensive as well. The kitchen in a big plus if you like to cook some meals. It's close to shopping, nightlife, etc. A taxi to Makati only costs about 70p. The security is professional and friendly. After my first day there they all greeted me by name. The rooftop pool is small but clean, nice and not at all crowded. Kathy and her assistant went out of their way to resolve an internet access problem so that I could get online while I was there. I definitely plan to stay here again if I have a chance to return and can recommend it without reservation.

Although I stayed only a week, the place is well located and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The place is clean and comfortable. The property owners Lou and Louie are nice and helpful. The bathroom are very clean with instant hot water for the shower. I am thankful for the air condition unit. The kitchen area is a big plus. If you like to cook, there is a single burner with pots and a fryer pan in addition to a rice cooker to prepare meals. There are shops like internet and salon, mini grocery store, 7eleven on the bottom floor as well as laundry services. There is a nearby SM department store if you like to shop. The security personnel are helpful and professional.

i enjoyed my stay at the executive tower 1 and the owner lou who was very helpful and worked with my reservation the whole time i was there the location wasnt to bad and price was reasonable,security was great and had all your needs,a/c full kitchen i would and probably will stay again at this location on my next trip to makati and manila..thanks lou....steve willcut maui hawaii...the assistant was nice and helpful and for all you single guys she is available...she has three kids but very pretty woman...shirley....
