24 hour security. in the heart of Malate business and tourist area with so much to be enjoyed all within walking distance.

We take care of our place and we pride ourselves of the clean and neat condition we present our place to our guests. Our condo is big and beautiful, and unlike a normal rental unit, it has all the amenities and comforts and feel of home away from home.

We found that staying in a hotel room for any length of time really starts to close in on you , with ours you have the space to swing the proverbial cat. All with a touch of home. And I did my little bit, and installed a DSL unlimited internet connection and phone so we can offer local calls at no charge ,

We then decided to share our condo's with others to give them an alternative .Our condo is big and beautiful, and unlike a normal rental unit, it has all the comforts and feel of home away from home. We take care of our place and we pride ourselves of the neat & clean condition of our condo.l

Area Information

Our Condo's are in a wonderful location, central to all points of interest and need. Only walking distance to 24 hour 7 days business, tourism, & entertainment. The country's premier entertainment district, Malate, throbs with a different life. Busy sidewalks and avenues , sparkling malls, elegant shops, Evenings, this entertainment precint pulsates with a thousand and one lights of discos, pubs, bistros, restaurants, music lounges, jazz bars, videoke bars and 24-hour diners. Mintues from first class shopping malls such as Robinsons and ten minutes to The Mall of Asia The newest and the biggest mall in Asia complete with ICE skating rink.( yes I said ice skating.)

This is was a great place to stay in Manila.
It is clean, modern, the view is fantastic and it is conveniently located. Lots within walking distance, jeepneys and taxis just outside the foyer to anywhere else. A pool, sauna, gym and laundry within the building all added up to make this the perfect base for our holiday.
From our point of view, the flexibility and privacy of a condo made it much better accommodation than a hotel. As well as that Trevor really made us feel welcome and at home.
Altogether a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.
