Description of the Manila vacation condo rental
The property is a nice, well-maintained junior bedroom with the following furnishings:

Remote controlled Air-con (in both sleeping and living areas)
Full kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, big ref, oven toaster, rice cooker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery...)
Washing Machine
Nice bathroom with hot/cold water and good water pressure
Sofa in the living area (converts to bed)
small balcony with views of Shaw Blvd and Ortigas Center (you can check the traffic!)
The building itself has:
- 24 hr security
- a lobby with receptionist/security officers at all times
- 2 swimming pools
- sevices on the common floor (canteen serving filipino homecooked meals, beauty salon, internet shop, laundry shop, business center, dentist, massage therapists, etc)
- Coffee shop at the ground floor
Area Description
The unit is in a luxury condominium in Mandaluyong across the exclusive Wack wack Golf and Country club. It is a stone's throw away from Shaw Blvd.(literally around the corner) and walking distance from the grocery, drugstore, and lots of public transportation. A 5 to 10 minute ride (depending on traffic) will take you to Ortigas Center (Shangri-la, Megamall, the Podium, etc). Also, the main line of MRT is a jeepney ride away (some of our clients just walk it)
The location is an ideal location in Manila, as it very near Makati, Greenhills, San Juan, Pasig and Quezon City.
